Each product description clearly states whether app connectivity is needed.

Are Smart New Wave products compatible with Alexa or Google Home?

Many of our smart devices are fully compatible with Alexa and Google Home, allowing voice control and automation. However, products without connectivity (like manual energy-saving tools) operate independently. Please refer to each product’s “Compatibility” section for detailed information.

Do I need a hub or gateway to use your smart products?

Some Zigbee-based devices require a small hub (gateway) to connect to your network, while Wi-Fi products connect directly to your router. If a product requires a hub, it will always be mentioned in the product specifications to help you choose the right setup.

How do I install or set up my product?

Most SmartNewWave products are designed for quick, DIY installation. Each comes with an instruction manual and clear steps in the Smart Life or Tuya app if it’s a connected device. For simpler tools, like faucet attachments or motion lights, installation typically takes less than five minutes — no tools required.

Once the order has shipped, unfortunately, changes are no longer possible.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

For other reasons (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue, and our support team will offer a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items (like water filters or shower accessories) cannot be returned once opened.

Additionally, customized or clearance items may be ineligible for return.

All exceptions are clearly stated in the product description.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still return the item after receiving it.
