What is your return policy?
If you’re not happy with your product, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Customers in the UK and EU also benefit from a statutory right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery, in line with consumer protection regulations.
How do I request a return or exchange?
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.
We’ll provide you with detailed instructions and the correct return address based on your product type and shipping origin.
Please note that unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Smart New Wave covers the return shipping costs, as required by consumer protection laws.
For returns requested for other reasons (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, and within 30 days where possible.
Attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue, and our support team will review your case and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy and UK consumer regulations.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been completed.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items (like water filters or shower accessories) cannot be returned once opened.
Additionally, customized or clearance items may be ineligible for return.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may still return the item after receiving it.
