    What if my order is delayed or arrives damaged?

    If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order hasn’t arrived, please contact our support team and we’ll check the tracking details with the carrier.

    If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos or a short video of the issue. Our team will review your case and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy and consumer protection regulations.

    Do you offer refunds or returns?

    Yes. If you’re not satisfied with your product, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

    For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy. In these cases, Smart New Wave covers the return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
